- Businesses: include your business ID (it starts with SP_).
- About a payment: include the payment reference, the amount and the date.
- Customers: tell us the name of the business you paid and how you paid.
We will never ask for your password, PIN, authenticator code or API secret key. If someone does, do not share it and tell us straight away.
